Document Management

Priority is a leader in delivering a web enabled, fully integrated Documents Management facility. Documents may be stored in Priority following their logical context and inheriting Priority's security rules. Additionally, Priority's library allows you to manage documents that are of a general nature. Documents are loaded or viewed through the same secure mode (https) that governs all the data transfers between the server and its clients.
When used in conjunction with our hosting services, this facility ensures that corporate documents are stored securely, and yet made easily accessible to anyone with appropriate permissions. Data Migration Module

The new Data Migration module provides a user-friendly mechanism for loading/interfacing data from external programs into Priority. Some of the outstanding features:

Priority on Outlook Office Synchronization

Synchronize Priority calendar, tasks, and to-do-list with your MSOutlook application and work online or offline.
In reverse, synchronize your MSOutlook mails, contacts, calendar with Priority. You flag the entities that you want to share and Priority will sync the entities and associated attachments to the appropriate destination.  Use Outlook interface to open Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Contacts and Tasks. Your Outlook calendar will become part of Priority's Shared Calendar.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

In addition to other documents and best practice recommendations, Priority includes a wealth of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), detailing the standard steps to take to perform a specific business process (e.g., open a new vendor). Each SOP is stored in a Word document that is accessible directly from Priority menus, and which can be modified to the specific business practices of your customer.
