FBC is a consulting firm with 30 employees, 20 of whom are consultants that
serve about 400 Priority customers.
Additionally, the company performs various software integration, billing and
consulting projects for leading Israeli corporations in the areas of computer
and integration services, pharmaceuticals, and public institutions.
FBC used to offer integration services on a broad spectrum of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Movex ,MFG-PRO and Pivotal. Once we started to work with Eshbel and implement Priority, we realized that this is a winning and profitable combination for us. This part of our business grew very rapidly and it was very natural for us to direct most of our management attention to it.
With its wide range of functionality, Priority offered us a broad spectrum of vertical industries, giving us the opportunity to leverage our networking to the fullest. We found Priority to be very easy to implement and customize. Its ability to preserve private customizations from one version to the next is a great added value to us and, more importantly, to our customers.
In 2006 we increased our Priority-related business by 30%, as compared to 2005. In 2007 that part of our business grew by 80%.
Eshbel has been very successful, throughout our relationship, at staying at the cutting edge of technology, without sacrificing its customers' investment in their own Priority installation. It makes our customers very happy, removes traditional barriers about ordering additional private customizations and makes customer retention so much more powerful.
