Maintain an online customer service center. Customers can make service calls directly to your site, which are recorded automatically in Priority. Technicians in the field can view service calls and report to the site on services rendered.

Appointment Journal

Let your employees view their appointment journals, record new appointments and change existing ones over the Internet. Appointments recorded in the office appear immediately on the site, with no need for manual synchronization routines.
