  • For each per-user, per-month package sold (be it hosted SaaS or on-premise installation), you will receive 80% of the software fees paid by your customers for the first 36 monthly payments. No commission is paid on the hosting fees portion of the payments. Thereafter, your commission will be 20% of all subsequent payments made by your customers, for the next 7 years.
  • Commission on fees paid for additional modules/users will be 80% for the remainder of the customer's first 36 monthly payments and 20% thereafter, in line with the commission schedule of the initial fees.
  • You are responsible for providing your customers with their primary support needs. Of the commission fees you receive, 15% is intended to cover your support expenses. We reserve the customer's right to move from one primary support provider to another. In that case, for the remainder of the 36-month period (counting from the customer's first payment), coverage of support expenses will be divided as follows: 10% will go to the new support provider and 5% to the partner who made the sale. (As a second line of support, Eshbel provides bug fixes, delivered in service packs, and upgrades.)
  • To protect your presale investment, you should register each new prospect with whom you begin negotiations with Eshbel, providing details to help us determine that this is a serious relationship and not an introductory one. Register by using a simple on-line form that will be provided.
  • Approved registration of a prospect will give the partner a 6-month "no compete" period, during which no one else will be allowed to sell Priority to this prospect.
  • All terms are subject to change. Final terms will be stated in the partner agreement.
