Eshbel Technology’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of
our users and anyone who visits and uses an Eshbel website or
on-line application. This policy statement was created to clarify
how we gather and handle information we learn about you from your
visit to our Web site. Your use of the Eshbel Web sites and
applications constitutes your agreement to Eshbel's Terms of Service
and this Privacy Policy, and consent to the terms herein. We reserve
the right to change this Privacy Policy, and if changes to this
privacy policy are made we will post them on this page so that you
will be aware of what information we collect, and how we use it.
While you can access some areas of our Web site without submitting
any personal data, there are areas of our site that request
information from you. It is our policy to use this information for
internal purposes only and it will not be shared with third parties
for commercial purposes.
When you visit our Web site, our web server automatically tracks the domain from which you accessed our site and what pages you accessed. We only use and analyze this data for to help diagnose problems, administer our Web site, and help us understand how our site is being used and to in turn make it more effective. When you simply visit our site, we recognize only your domain name and not your e-mail address. We will only see your e-mail address if you provide it to us by filling out a form or sending us an e-mail.
To register for one of Eshbel's services, or to become a developer or partner, we do require that you provide us with contact information. In addition to basic contact and account information such as name, company name, address, phone number and a valid e-mail address, we do require additional information depending on the service.
Eshbel does not distribute or share customer e-mail addresses, except as noted in its Terms of Service or as may be required by law.
Eshbel will use the information collected to set up product services for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our company, the product services we provide and to send information such as announcements of promotions and events. You can also opt-in to receive a customer newsletter and updates about the product services or Eshbel. You can opt out of receiving these communications by e-mailing rebecca@eshbel.com. Separately, customers may also be asked to provide an email address when registering for the some of our product services in order to receive a username and password.
All financial and billing information that we collect through the Eshbel Web site and/or the product services is used solely to verify the authenticity of the customer and to bill for the product services. This billing information is not used by Eshbel for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eshbel may use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
Other third parties, such as content providers and third party
developers, may provide information on Eshbel's Web site, but they
are not permitted to collect any information, nor does Eshbel share
any personally identifiable user information with these parties.
Your Information
Our customers use Eshbel's online product services to host data and
information. Eshbel will not review, share, distribute, print, or
reference any of the customer data except as provided in the Eshbel
Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. Eshbel may view or
access individual records with your permission to resolve a problem
or support issue, or as may be required by law. Customer end users
of the product services are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality and security of their registration information and
passwords.
Eshbel reserves the right to track and analyze non-identifying and
aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors and
customers and provide such information to third parties.
The Eshbel Web site contains links to third party and partner sites. We do not review or control these sites and are not responsible for the privacy policies and content therein. We therefore suggest that you review the privacy policy of each such site. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.
Choice/Opt-OutYou can opt out of receiving e-mail communications from us whenever you like. You only need to e-mail us to have your name and details removed from Eshbel's e-mail list or registration database. Registered users may opt out at any time
SecurityEshbel has a number of state-of-the-art security measures in place to help protect against the loss, abuse and alteration of the data under our control. When the Services are accessed using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that the data is safe, secure and available only to you or registered users of your organization. The product services are hosted in a secure server environment using a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from unauthorized outside parties. Eshbel also requires unique usernames and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on and periodically updated. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data.
